Application for best results:
- Apply NC's Lip definer lip pencil.
- Blend with NC's lip filler pencil.
- Apply NC's lipstick & blot.
- Repeat step 3.
- Apply liberal coat of LIPSTICK LACQUER to lips.
- Do not roll lips, allow to dry with lips apart for 60 seconds.
Avoid application if lips are dry or cracked.
